This is my fourth time there. Its on my way. Second time my drink was incorrect, I still took it as they were busy. This fourth time I asked young lady there with glasses if I could have a coffee sleeve. I extended my hand and she threw it on the counter that was definately not customer service. Was it because im latino? She obviously handed a non latino person a drink on their hand.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience at Starbucks was unacceptable. The store was clearly understaffed, and the team seemed completely overwhelmed—but that doesn’t excuse the level of rudeness we experienced. I politely asked for a 4-cup carrier for our order of four drinks and was abruptly told they were out by an employee named Emma. Thinking I may have misheard, I asked again politely, and her response was even more dismissive and rude. We order four drinks from this location regularly, but after this experience, we’ll be taking our business elsewhere. Between the poor service, lack of basic supplies, and unpreparedness for higher volume, this location has gone downhill. I would strongly recommend avoiding this Starbucks if you’re expecting even average customer service.

I go here 2-4 times a week, morning and mid day, ordering the same thing, the quality is all over the board, obviously made to order items can vary in consistency but sometimes my drink is perfect and delicious, and someday I have no idea what they did to make it so terrible. Life is hard, I have never complained, I also am not sure what it would get me. I dont know what its like being a barista but there has to be a recipe or something to be consistent, I dont even modify the drink, just make it how it should be and when its good, its good. Foods always been hot, and usually the drive through people are nice.

As a former SSV this has got to be the worst Starbucks I have ever gone to. I came through the drive thru with my sister and I’m sure you guys know that we can hear you on the headset so why speak bad about the customer when we can hear you? No customer connection what so ever. The baristas seemed annoyed and lacked basic customer connection skills. We get trained how to do customer connection so why are we not doing? Yes I understand times can get stressful as a barista but I would never talk bad about a customer especially when I know they could potentially be hearing me on the headset, do better.

I had a great experience visiting this Starbucks location. First off, thank you for playing a Taylor Swift that included all Taylor's Versions and underrated masterpieces- it made my heart so happy 🥲🩷 The service was exceptional and our drinks were made so well and with such care. The restaurant was clean and had a great atmosphere. There is a free parking lot associated with the restaurant as well as a drive thru. Look forward to visiting this location again.
