I ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches and an order of fried pickles. They said they were out of the pickles for the day, now mind you it was 11:20 in the morning. Both of my chicken sandwiches were cold and taste like the grease hasn't been changed since they opened this location. The restaurant is dirty and not many places to sit. 6/24/26

Going out of town so i decided to grab a quick lunch from here, ordered something simple. 5 blackened chicken tenders, 2 blackened chicken wraps with coleslaw and a diet coke. Workers were friendly but as I hit the road 30 min in I started to eat, I only got one wrap and it was normal fried chicken inside. Then I didnt even get coleslaw but instead rice, finally I didnt even get 5 blackened tenders but they gave me a 3 piece fried chicken. I saw the screen that they wrote my order correct, if I didnt need to be somewhere I wouldve returned my food and gotten a refund. I dont know how they got my order so wrong, atleast i got the diet coke.

I came after dark and had multiple vagrants approach my vehicle, including someone camping out near the drive through window, asking for change when people had their windows rolled down and couldn't leave. Huh? Management needs to call the police on loiterers. The last time I had someone approach the windshield with a dirty rag was near the Mexican border, no joke. Food was delicious (it's a Popeyes).

Popeyes makes great chicken for a great price. Space inside is a little less than ideally clean… Not sloppy, but a little sticky on the floor. Service was fine although not fast.

Update Feb 1/24: Still the best chicken ever, including the spicy chicken which is just the right amount of spicy and a great crispy batter (see video). I do find the sides a bit lacking, over priced, and small, often not even filled up (see picture of coleslaw). Best to use the app to get an offer that includes the sides. At almost $4 each with tax, not worth getting as a la carte items. Best chicken ever! Last week we had the free T-Mobile Tuesday offer. Went back this week for the chicken tender family pack. With the Popeye's app it was on sale for $19.99 plus tax. Includes 14 chicken tenders (mild or spicy), 2 large sides, 5 dipping sauces. We had cajun fries and mashed potatoes with gravy as our two sides. Yummy!
