Went to this McDonald’s recently for a pick up order! Inside was well maintained but once I’d entered there was no greeting which isn’t required but when I was searching for my order for a couple minutes not a single employee asked if I needed help! When I did find my order it was placed in an entirely different spot away from the pick-up orders stand! Got home with my food and everything looked visually good; but when I took a bite of my fries they were undercooked, only halfway done. Had other family taste and they too said it wasn’t fully cooked. Service and food could’ve been far better.

I only went there because my grandson said hungry. Order a 6 piece Happy Meal for him and two cheeseburgers for me. The results was so unbelievably bad. Very bad experience. I just threw my food away uneaten. I would not recommend

This location has always been hit or miss, but it’s more miss than hit now. Never ever order a Filet o Fish here, especially in the evening. They’ll serve you a thrice reheated dried up piece of cardboard. Just finished a horrible double quarter pounder with cheese. At other locations it’s juicy and hot. Here both patties were cooked to nearly burnt. Usually, I need extra napkins. This was dry enough to make me thirsty while eating it. McDonald’s has strict rules about throwing out food that’s been sitting too long. Here they just seem to reheat, refry, and ship it out.

Good McDonalds Employees are somewhat friendly Food is good like any other good McDonalds location. Restrooms and interior/dining area is clean. Conveniently located along fish hatchery road.

I guess I have to speak Spanish to get my food order correct!! The drive thru board was correct , the pay window had two people arguing in Spanish didn’t ask me what I order and changed my order from the drive thru board . I pull up to get my food the person gives me the wrong order then yells in Spanish to another employee who brings me the same wrong order !! Then I finally get my food and it’s missing items , I look on my receipt and they changed my order from the drive thru screen !! I had to re order pull ahead and wait for five other cars to go thru before I got mine !!! By then the rest of the food was cold !! Honestly I think speaking English at McDonald’s is a requirement and leaving your personal life at home and paying attention to your job is important ! Fast food it definitely wasn’t, I will not go back again horrible service !! Plus I called to talk to a manger we ordered a large fries $4.29 light salted they gave us a small and we asked can we get credit for a large fries and he yells take it man !!! And hangs up the phone !!!! Everyone there needs people skills and manager needs to be fired !!!!!
