Ordered a sub at 8:50 said it would be delivered took my money and then closed and no sandwich! Horrible service should not had take. Order if not going to make. If I could give negative stars I would. Do not order from the Fitchburg store if you want your sandwich.

Horrible customer service. They messed up my food. I called and said they would remake my sandwich... But then said instead of letting us keep the other sandwich, that they wanted it back to THROW IT AWAY! What a waste of food! And then when I asked for other compensation for the inconvenience, she said "well we are remaking your sandwich.." and thought that was good enough. Then hung up on me. I had to call back and talk to the manager. The manager was nice, but the employee was rude.

They outsource every delivery to UberEats and it takes an hour or better almost every single time. Remember when Jimmy Johns was freaky fast? Would be faster to order it yourself through UberEats.

This location gets my complicated order correctly everytime, staff is usually pretty friendly as well.

I order a Giant Porker sandwich with no lettuce and added onion. It came with two thin slices of ham. This is NOT $20 sandwich.
