So first and foremost let me start by saying I ordered 4 pints of ice cream nothing more and I had it for curbside and I waited 25 mins after my pick up time, which I have found this place really lacks on as you will wait way over your pick up time as there is no body seeming to be responsible enough to bring your food to you, kids not the first adult in charge and that there is the problem, mind you back to this order, nobody had still came yet I called in the store after my patience had worn watching door dash go in and get orders and leave way before I should have gone, and the boy that answers say hello not this is culver how can I help you nothing no name nothing just hello I said is this Culver’s he said uhhh yeah I said well I have been here 35 mins at this point for 4 ice creams and still don’t have then first one he said oh you had the 4 pints rite, I’ll be rite out, bring them out I get them home and two of them are freezer burnt and two completely melted where they had been sitting in there in the bag forgotten once again, and just threw two out of the cooler into the bag like yup here you go. Mind blown 🤯 I called the store when I found this after getting home and asked for a manager and the manager gets on the phone and I have to ask is this the manager and he says yup I said well what is your name so I know how to address you oh it’s marvin I tell him what is happening he says oh I’ll refund your money, missed the whole point. Again here we go the mess. No name no I’m the manager speaking not oh let me fix that nothing I have to tell them I want this fixed considering at this point I have waisted a hour on 4 ice creams that I will never get that time back. Someone needs to get in there and save this store and train some people the rite way. Cause every who trained this store manager forgot to add bed side manners and forgot how to answer a business phone the correct way. I mean from one striving company to another. Help is all I can give advice to yo

Loveliest Culver's in Southern Wisconsin. So many beautiful flowers outdoors, and orchids indoors!! I just wanted to rate the care this location puts in. Also, Culver's veggie burgers are AMAZING!!! Real veggies and rice smushed into a delicious patty, not some fake chemistry project meant to replicate meat. I get mine with cheese and the only complaint is they don't melt the cheese on like they do with the burgers.

Did an online order and we got all the way home and ended up noticing 2 medium fries were missing. We spent $90 on dinner just for the manager on duty to question me over the phone if I was sure it wasn’t in the bag. Ma’am some $3 fries really. So my husband goes back up there asked if he has a receipt (online order) and waits over 10 mins for her to tray up two other customers orders, then go to the back doing who knows what. Finally returning to my husband with two fries and a coupon. I appreciate her getting the fries and coupons however the whole process was not smooth what’s so ever.

Culver's is a Wisconsin fast-food gem. They make good grub and epic frozen custard. They always have a good number of staff working at all times and are really great at getting involved in the local community. The food is always fast, yummy, and delivered to your table/car. Every Culver's I've visited has been clean and well maintained. Any time I am thinking of fast-food or ice cream, this is my first choice. As a note: while I give it five stars across the board, it is because I think of it as a fast-food joint, not a traditional restaurant. So I'm comparing it to places like McD's and such.

The manager does not understand costumer service and customer relations. I ordered a turtle Sunday and extra pecans on the side which it cost $1 and some change and then once I got the extra pecans its a tiny portion so me and my friend returned our food and got a refund and went to the Culver’s next to the mall. The manger there understands costumer relation he ended up adding a little more than usual and I took a photo why lose $10-$20 over $.45. I would recommend not this Culver’s on Todd drive. The photo is what it supposed to be the manger a todd drive didn’t even give half of that.
