Reviews from Google1.0a month agoI went to this McDonald’s last night (7/7/26) around 10:30-11:30 p.m. i was charged $2 for a large water. I was also charged for a cup of ice. I was denied 3 cups of ice multiple times. The lady who took my order stated I could only get 1 cup of ice. She was also incredibly rude about it. It’s literally just ice lol come on now
1.02 months agoI have used this McDonalds for 47 years but never again. The bathrooms are locked and no codes are provided to customers. No counter people makes it even harder to get a code. After my wife had to try two times to use restroom, the non English speaking counter person wouldn’t give a black man a bathroom code, period. The clerk got extremely rude as I watched yet tried to blame the customer for a “bad” attitude. His attitude was very proper for having to ask for the code 5 times without any response. Her final solution was to give the customer the wrong code which further escalated the situation today, 6/17/26 at 1:35 PM.
1.03 months agoI come home to find large fry containers without large amount of fries consistently over the last few months. Please fill the container entirely like you used to.
1.03 months agoWorst experience at a McDonald’s I’ve ever had. Ordered my meal and had to go to the restroom. The restroom doors are locked with a code to enter. Than I was standing in line to find out the code as there was k ly the one cashier working. I had noticed some other employees standing around and made eye contact with me; I than lost the restroom signaling, I would need the code as I’ve already been waiting a long time in line. The other employee rolled her eyes and pointed at the cashier.
1.06 months agoPlaced an order online. Was missing my Oreo shamrock McFlurry, and got a vanilla shake and a caramel frappe instead of two strawberry shakes. On top of that the vanilla shake and caramel frappe are frozen like I can’t even get a straw in them it’s like they were sitting in a freezer all day. Wouldn’t recommend this place. Do better McDonalds you guys shouldn’t be handing out shakes like that. And the accuracy needs improvement smh….
