Had a new server sarah, she was very nice and attentive. I had a triple bacon cheese burger and it was greasy as expected for so much meat. Everything was good and the bacon was cooked just how I like it.

I ordered a pick up at 4:30 for a 5:30 pick up. Showed up at 5:45 and ignored by staff at pick up counter for 10 minutes at rush hour? Told its not ready and to have a seat. 6:20 my food comes out, kids Mac and cheese is cold and no apology of any sort for being behind or ignored. The gentleman in front of me ordered his food right there and his food came out first...? Poor attitude when I asked for a reciept. So I can leave any sort of review. All the food was in the bag. (Thank god) Maybe a different buffalo wild wings will be better next time. Id rather drive to the west side then deal with the staff at east side location. Hopefully they can figure out some decent staff soon!

Every time I order here the order comes out wrong. Today was crazy to me. I ordered 4 sides of ranch and we get home and open every thing up and they sent no ranch, but did give us 5 giant bowls of buffalo sauce. We didn’t even order anything Buffalo, don’t even know how that happened. The fries were burnt and cold. The wings were barely warm, dry and drowning in sauce. Bizarre. I wrote them an email, I hope they fix this. I have lost so much money on this place and never complain. Done.

Party of two dining for affordable, casual lunch but it was in celebration of our anniversary. We went around a late lunch time. We were told 15 minute wait that we agreed to and told it may be less than that but the hostess wanted to help the servers “catch up” — we were seated with menus but nobody came for a long time and then the bartender noticed us and asked if we were ever helped. They took our order and brought our drinks. Checked on us once during the meal which we appreciated but it felt like we were neglected the whole meal. I never got a refill on the soda I ordered and did not receive the fork and water that I asked for from a random passerby since we didn’t see the bartender as he was busy tending the bar. I never received those items from the random passerby either even though they nodded like they would help and understood where we were sitting. We found our own plastic fork from the take-out stand after no sign of one coming and no forks accessible at the tables. We went up to the hostess stand ourselves to request a to-go box and check. The volume of the TV was so loud we could barely hear each other shouting across the table. There was a basketball game on but the volume was on a tv only playing ads. it was very odd and made it hard to enjoy each other’s company since we could hardly hear anything but ads. The food we ordered was great and thank you to the bartender for helping as best as he could… But we did feel very overstimulated and neglected today.

Absolutely disgusting place and atmosphere. Floors very dirty and entire place doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned in months. Bathroom trash over flowing onto the floor, paper towel dispenser hanging off wall and looks like people are just pulling it out. This place was absolutely dead, hardly any customers, yet our orders were messed up - no bacon on a triple bacon burger, very burnt bacon when it actually came, old hard fries, didn’t get the correct dipping sauces we asked for, etc. needless to say our group didn’t eat much of our food at all. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. We will never be back. Very nasty place. I can only imagine what it looks like were we can’t see (kitchen, etc) since it is so disgusting where we can actually see.
