We got seated right away,ordered drinks first then food a bit after. We waited an hour for the food to come to the table. These were also just appetizers. People who came in after us,got their food right away. Not sure what's going on in the kitchen or the staff but it sucks seeing this place go down hill. It wasn't like this before. Not going back anymore.

A great meal with my basketball team. The prices were very good and the food came out quite fast and were relatively great for the price. The manger though (I’m sad I didn’t get her name) was phenomenal. She made the experience so great. Took care of us and did everything she could to make the service impressive!

The waitress was nice. But it was freezing in the establishment. I had to eat with my coat on. My party ordered coffee, and they charged us twice when they should have given it to us for free. They didn't offer an explanation for why it was cold maybe knowing that ahead od time before seating us would have made this less awkward. I guess we could have left but we had been shopping and was looking for a sit down place to eat. The food came out lukewarm if that, it was already cold so i should have seen smoke coming off the food. I don't understand why we had to wait that long for the food to come out. I have tried to give this location grace. I wouldn't pick this as a place to go, but people I know always want to go here. Food isn't about anything. In several instances, the food was burnt and less appetizing than it could have been. It probably should be ready to close down. I'm not sure what they are holding on to.

Oh my, the wait time was ridiculous. There were only 4 tops in the whole restaurant and 5 staff on the floor huddled around the POS. Every step of the way there was a unnecessary wait time. To be seated, drink request, drink delivery lost the order twice, when the food did arrive it was wrong and entire meal was not edible. I am not looking at a Michelin Star restaurant but enable would have Been great. We saw cash tips being picked up by staff not working tables, then I was given the incorrect cash out ticket, at this point 5 tops in the entire restaurant. Unexcuseable. I will never be back to this location. The photo attached is the meal left because the steak was so over cooked if laces were added it could have walked a 1000 miles, the broccoli was so over salted and over cooked it nearly disintegrated trying to pick it up with a fork. The mash potatoes were someone cold, crunchy and hard at the same time. This was not end of day, this was not a rush period this was 3:30 in the afternoon. I was trying to treat my son to a special meal after a hospital trip and fasting.

It was so cold one of the waitresses was wearing earmuffs and a coat. We would have eaten with our mittens on if we could. The food was good , however I did not receive the breadstick that was supposed to come with the salad (Strawberry Balsamic Salad) even asking about it when I was halfway through eating. The service was awful. It took at least 10 minutes for the waiter to initially come to the table. The food came in a reasonable amount of time however the waiter never came back to check if everything was ok, I had to ask another waitress about the breadstick and still did not receive it. The original waiter slid our receipt on the table as he walked by. Not a thank you or anything. Last time I visited, the waiter forgot my breadstick as well, however he apologized about it.
