Service from this store has become horrible! I recently ordered $60+ worth of food from here for delivery. When it arrived several items were missing. I attempted to address the issue through Popeye’s app and received a message that my order “did not qualify for remediation”. I then called the restaurant to ask for a refund. I spoke to someone who stated he was as the store manager Jośe. He first told me to use the app. I explained I had already tried. His next answer was there was nothing he could do (which makes no sense if he is the store manager). I asked how I could get a refund for my missing items and he then insisted that he was positive my entire order was packed properly and that the DoorDash drive stole part of it. I told him I didn’t believe that, he again insisted that he handed it to “the guy” himself and it was all there. I stated that my driver was a woman. He then said “oh yeah!” So needless to say he was lying. Our order was still sealed when it arrived and the Popeyes worker obviously didn’t want to admit to making a mistake. I called DoorDash and explained the issue because I thought it was wrong that a driver was being accused of stealing. They were very helpful! Called Popeyes and have arranged my refund. I won’t be eating there again, honesty and integrity matters. If you mess up, admit it.

Jose / Alberto missed half my order. On top of it, the stuff I did get was disgusting and over cooked. DO NOT GO HERE.

Always have an amazing experience! I was even offered a coupon. Coworkers seem to enjoy working with each other and that is always a pleasure to see. Food was fresh and just delicious. Had two-piece chicken dinner with mashed potatoes & gravy and Cole slaw. Grateful to have this restaurant walking distance from home. I will be back! KAYA(sp?) is my fave server here. She is the most fair and helpful. It’s obviously she cares about customer satisfaction. Today, without her working, I spent $22.12 requesting a 3-piece white meat plate and I walked away with one breast and two wings. The coleslaw is always amazing tho!

Jose, the manager was very short with me regarding my orders. He basically told me to call corporate, that he cannot help. The photo of gravy is in a individual side container which is probably around 6oz. Instead of this, I got a black 2oz cup of gravy. Then we ordered all dark meat but told they only had enough for 1 order to make it all dark, at the window. Jose offered spicy so we accepted this. Unfortunately, whoever boxed it, did not lable and the chicken was mixed up between family who couldn't have spicy. The chicken was also old, dried up. Jose said to bring it back, which I let him know I would not be doing that as we live 15mins from the restaurant. He said then there was nothing he could do. Overall, poor customer service from him, no attempt to make anything right after we spent $60 on incorrect and old food. Not cool, do better Jose.
