This is possibly the least reliable sandwich shop on the planet. Will they be open during their posted business hours? Maybe. Will they have BREAD for sandwiches if they are open? Maybe. I've tried to get a sandwich here 5 times in the past year and only once have I walked away with a sandwich. I'm not bothering with this place anymore. Their posted business hours mean nothing because they may just leave a handwritten note saying they are closed today or they may just mysteriously be closed without any explanation. And, if they are open, they may just tell you they are out of bread today. If you want a sandwich, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. Go elsewhere. There are 3 or 4 other reliable sandwich shops within half a mile of this place.

Had an amazing sandwich at Jimmy John’s! Super fresh ingredients, fast service, and the bread tasted perfect. Everything was made quickly and exactly how I wanted. Definitely coming back again!”

I went to pick up the sandwich I ordered online & asked if there was a napkin in the bag. The smart ass kid (blonde curly haired kid) said "you didn't say you wanted a napkin when you ordered". I went online to look because I didn't remember seeing an option for a napkin. Just as I thought, there isn't an option to select a napkin. Is it really a big deal to get a napkin with my sandwich? Could he have said "no, would you like one?" Kind of rude if you ask me.

5 stars!! Ive dealt with some frustrations at other Jimmy John’s locations but the experience I had either was 2nd to none. Never met a staff that was so welcoming and excited to be there. Brett in particular greeted me and my wife, and confirmed everything we ordered, and my wife is VERY particular on her order being correct. This location was very clean, easy process, and different from what I’m used to. Not usually compelled to leave a review but this definitely deserved it. Thank you Brett & staff for all you do! Jimmy Johns is lucky to have you

I’m not sure if this is an issue with Jimmy John’s overall, but the quality has noticeably declined. We used to love eating here, but lately, almost every visit has been disappointing. Most all the locations we stop at get the order wrong, take too long, or skimp on ingredients—even when requesting extra. At this particular location, we ordered three subs. Two were made incorrectly, and all three had very little lettuce or other toppings. It feels like customer care and attention to detail are no longer a priority. With so many other sub shops available, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
