We we not able to switch our order from carrie out to delivery because these horrible customer service people knew nothing. Recommend never going there in your entire life horrible service never go there. If you want something else, go to the Culver’s in McFarland. They have great customer service and great custard. And butter. And the oil you up for free.

Service was great! Greeted with a smile food was hot and ready once arrived! Can’t complain clean environment best ranch per usual. Jesse was the best def a great employee and gave for the company!

Never received food, employee lied for over an hour and a half about not seeing anything, said delivery driver probably stole food, before the delivery driver picked up the order. Lied about delivery driver leaving with the food. Communication with employee was difficult, not sure if he understood that any English or either pretending not to understand English. Wanted me to send receipt to his personal cell number. This company used Door Dash for their deliveries so the actual customer can't keep track of orders. Door Dash doesn't keep a record of the transaction on who's the actual customer or who's paying for the order and tip. I would give their customer service via telephone a -10, if I could, but I can't, the lowest is 1.

Second time trying this Wingstop and I won’t be back a third. Ordered a 10-piece boneless Hot Honey with extra Hot Honey seasoning. Barely got any seasoning at all — seemed like they just added the wet sauce with a tiny dash of dry seasoning. Fries were cold and tasted old, like they had been sitting at least 20 minutes too long. Only positive thing I can say is the guy at the counter was very nice and respectful. But spending money and not getting what you actually ordered is frustrating.

Ordered at 5:30, arrived in store for pickup at 6:40 and left the store at 9:00 with my food. I understand that I ordered on Super Bowl Sunday so wait times were expected to be insane, but I consistently saw people who ordered & arrived after me receiving their food before me. However, Joshua did such a good job managing the huge crowd of people and genuinely trying to distribute orders in the best way possible! He checked for my food multiple times once it reached a point where he could recognize that I should've gotten it by then
