If I could give you guys 1- I would. My friend birthday want to do something nice buying birthday for lunch 🍕telling all my team to wait to eat pizza for lunch together sadly 🥲 my pizza was delayed for 2 hours. Some off us can’t wait have to return to work with empty stomach 😣😤🤯😩 I placed order ahead of time via application on my phone. I ordered the night before to deliver it at 2 pm received Order Confirmation: #965943EDF4ED4968990E62DCEBF25DF2 2:10 didn’t see any update so I called the store informed them about my order. Andrew, who is informed me that the store not receiving my original order. To resolve the issue,I have to placed second order. I was told the order should arrive in 30 minutes. And he is taking $20 of my order. Ok, that fine mistake happen and I am willing to accept that. 3 pm pass by still waiting for pizza I am get very hungry and Hangry!!! Call the store asking for the update on my order he said door dash pick up awhile ago. But don’t know where the door dash went !?! What……. I am so confused and disappointed. Andrew willing to give me another order without charge but this is not about money is about the time that I lost and some of my team members had to leave because lunch time is over. Gosh…….. By the time I get pizza is 4:02 I lost 2 Hours for chasing the pizza. I’ll never ever buy it again and will not buy stock that relates to Pizza Hut group. Sorry but this is unacceptable. Time is very valuable to me.and that will never happen in my clocks again.

Ordered a pizza for delivery via the app because it was 3:30 and the store was supposed to be open. Apparently the store closed early and went home. Waited 2 hours for a pizza that never came. DoorDash even sent a driver to pick it up because the store didn’t inform they were closed. There nothing wrong with closing early or being closed, but that should be reflected via the app

If I could give them 0 stars that would be my option. I ordered lunch for our worksite through their website not 3rd party. I made this order at 9:30 am an hour before the store was to open. Nothing big 3 pizzas, 2 boneless wings, fries and Cinnabon rolls. The delivery was for 12 pm at the time the workers take lunch, the delivery tracker also indicated it would be delivered at 12. I then get a notification that 3rd party would be delivering my order for faster service. The man showed up at 12:37 after the half hour lunch period was over. He didn't have the food in a heat protector bag just laying on his front seat. I tried to call the number only to find out they have an answering service and they connected me to the store which never picked up the phone. I then had to wait til 1 o'clock to chat customer service for a refund since no one was able to eat their lunch. They offered me a large pizza free as compensation which was really a slap in the face as I've never had this type of service from a pizza hut ever. So now I'm waiting 2-3 days for them to escalate and get back to me via email for next steps.

It’s Pizza Hut. You’re not going for amazing pizza, you’re going because you’re hungry and don’t want to cook. Great deal on a large 3-topping, it was made quickly (and honestly is surprisingly good?), and the employees are super friendly and chill. Legit was in and out of the place with a fresh pizza in hand in like 10-12 minutes. Probably the second best Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to other than the one I used to go to in the 90s to get a free pizza from reading enough books for Book It.

We’ve been ordering from this location for two years without any issues until a couple days ago… We ordered a pizza and bread sticks like usual, the bread sticks were perfect, but the pizza was HORRIBLE! Barley any sauce and the crust was doughy, not cooked correctly, not to mention how damn greasy it was… I called and the manager was very professional and offered to remake the pizza, we got the second pizza and the manager must have thrown in garlic chicken bites like we’ve gotten before, the chicken was perfect, but YET AGAIN, the crust was doughy and not cooked properly, also it was very greasy and barley any sauce… That’s now TWO pizzas that are not even edible… He again said we have a $25 credit after I told him we will no longer be ordering from this location… I have no idea what’s going on there, but you would think after they had to remake the first pizza, they would make sure the second one was cooked correctly…. We’ve never had issues with their pizza before, so not sure what’s going on… Something as simple as cooking a pizza correctly…. A massive pizza chain should not have issues with something like this, it’s ridiculous, DO BETTER!
