Review edit 7/10/26 4 star review:Good Kwik trip. The only reason I’m changing 5 stars to 4 for this location is because of management & employees working at this location in the afternoons. I have not received friendly service at this location in the afternoons ever since this location switched from no longer being 24 hours.I also was told to leave the seating area provided at this location 30 minutes early from its closing time which is at 10pm.When I left I saw an employee sit down in the seating area after they closed it to the public. There were other people sitting down too and left likely disappointed. I am someone who Bikes in and around Madison Wi I just wanted to take a break after biking non stop for Two hours but instead was not treated well and was told to leave the seating area early.Moving forward I will only stop at this location in the mornings and during lunch time. 3/29/26 Edit:This location is no longer 24 hours starting April 17 2026 new hours are from 6am-Midnight everyday. 3/25/26 Edit:A mini remodel has been done to this location:New paint/colors on roof and walls,signs for frozen,cold drinks,cold energy and more digital TVs for Kwik trip advertisements have been added. Original review 5 star review:Great Kwik trip.conveniently located near camp Randall and downtown Madison.Great selection of almost everything other than the hot food and roller grill.Hot food and roller grill selection are mostly better on weekdays then weekends at this location.the store is very clean.restrooms are decent.employees are friendly.Two ATM machines and free WiFi is available at this location. Heads up no gas pumps here only convenience store.

I like this kwik trip staff is friendly Would of gave 5 stars but im never satisfied with the ice coffee machine.

One star because I am angry they are changing their hours to 6-12. a good chunk of my visits are after 12 because everything else is closed.

I really enjoy going to Kwik Trip—it’s my favorite gas station, and I often stop by even for small things like buying water. However, I had a very disappointing experience with a night shift supervisor (I’m not sure of her name, but she has blue hair). She was very unprofessional and came across as rude, which was upsetting. I hope you can take the time to address this and ensure all employees treat customers with respect. Otherwise, experiences like this may cause you to lose loyal customers. Thank you.

Kwik trip is one of my favourite spot & usually they reduce prices on bakery items after 6 pm like Chocolate Twist, Pecan etc… i was at register to pay after 6 pm but at this location one of their staff at register said they don't reduce prices at this location after 6 pm & told me i have to pay full price i even informed her kwik trip reduces prices for Chocolate twist after 6 pm she replied sorry not at this store. Does kwik trip have different policies for each location ?
