Reviews from Google1.03 weeks agoI ordered delivery from this restaurant and my delivery time kept getting pushed back.. come to find out, the staff told the one of the few drivers that picked up my order that “someone already picked up the order.” If McDonalds confirmed who was picking up the order, this wouldn’t have been an issue. I travel for work, we just got into the city (12:30AM), and this was the only meal I had time for all day. Very disappointed and hungry now.
1.03 months agoThis is the absolute worst MCDonald experience I get ever. I got a McFlurry looks like pics 1, and their machine is clearly not functioning. They assistant at the store argued with me and say this is what it supposed to look like, and hinted that I never ate a McFlurry in my life. So I had to order a new one myself and the new one is obviously not melted and watery see pics2 ( still a lot worse than other MCDonald)
1.03 months agoI recently visited this McDonald's location and unfortunately, I observed some cleanliness issues during my visit. Specifically, I noticed roaches crawling around the restaurant, which was very concerning and made me feel uncomfortable. I believe maintaining a clean and hygienic environment is essential for customer safety and satisfaction. I hope the management takes prompt action to address these issues and improve the overall cleanliness and sanitation
5.05 months agoThis McDonalds is by far the best one in Madison. The staff here are very friendly and hard working. The night time manager Brandon is especially helpful. When my order was wrong he corrected the issue right away for me with great care and customer service. The employee taking orders in the drive through was also very helpful and on top of things. Took my order accurately and got me my food in under 5 minutes. Thank you to the hard working employees of this location!
1.09 months agoThe worst McDonalds in the world. 45 minutes to wait for take away. They take your number off the board so head office doesn’t see the stats. There is no service at all. The manager is absolutely rude and says “I don’t care.” Machines beeping like crazy. They would not pass their food safety visit from the health inspector.
