I dont get here often, but everytime I'm here it's better then the last time. This place is top notch and it shows in thier details. Very friendly service, quick, and the food is outstanding.

I went there tonight for karaoke expecting to have a fun evening, but unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing 😞 I’ve been coming here pretty often and never had an issue before, which made this situation even more shocking. The bartender skipped over me multiple times to serve other people first, and when I tried to address it, he actually cursed at me. I’ve honestly never felt so disrespected at a place I regularly support. Customers deserve to be treated with basic respect and professionalism, no matter how busy it gets. This completely ruined the atmosphere for me and left a really bad impression 💔 Management seriously needs to address this behavior because it was completely unacceptable.

*Kitchen does not take allergens seriously. Incredibly dangerous.* I have a gluten allergy. I had placed an order for a burger, after confirming with their staff they had gluten free buns available. There was a place to specifically note allergens, so we marked "gluten allergy." Waitstaff was polite, and seemed to understand the concerns with customers and allergies. The food looked great when it arrived, however, the bun stood out as not gluten free. I wanted to be safe, so I called and asked if what we had was a gluten free bun, or not. When the person who answered the phone (a very kind person) asked the kitchen to describe the gluten free bun, you could hear the kitchen staff say "Round." While the person on the phone understood the severity, it was obvious the kitchen staff has no interest in actually providing food for people, and just wants to be snarky with their waitresses and customers. For anyone who is familiar with any level of cooking, it is clear the kitchen staff do not respect their coworkers, nor their customers, which in turn shows the business does not respect their patrons to hire (or keep) staff like this. 0/10, will never order food from this location, and will be sure to recommend others to steer clear. There are plenty of other places in the area who take it more seriously.

Stopped here after it was recommended during a company trip, and I’m glad I did. I ordered the chicken strip basket and was genuinely impressed by both the taste and quality. This spot has officially become a must-stop anytime I’m in Madison.
