Reviews from Google5.0a month agoAbsolutely my new favorite stop in Madison, walked in and were immediately greeted and seated on a Saturday night, the place looked packed but they had more seating in a back room! The waitress showed up for our order almost immediately after we decided for drinks, and again for the food, the margaritas were spectacular and we ordered the quesabirria tacos and I would absolutely love to celebrate the person who made them. The music, the vibes, the service, the food, a dream come true for the start of a night out on the town! Plus our server was incredibly sweet and the tacos were still good reheated.
5.02 months agoNice little spot.. fresh tasting foods and sauces. VERY good prices.
5.03 months agoFirst time customers. Our home is Houston TX where we take our Mexican food quite seriously, but we like to try Mexican food while traveling and compare it to our favorites. We didn’t have super high expectations, but we were pleasantly surprised. Wife and I both had Chicken Fajitas. Meat was seasoned well and tender. Rice and beans were quite good. Tortillas although very small, were good. Chips and salsa were good as well. Overall we were very happy with the food here. Service was ok, but certainly didn’t match what we are accustomed to back at home. Prices were about the same as our home base, but the portions were quite generous. If we were in the area, we would definitely return.
1.03 months agoProbably the worst service I've had in years. Waitress took 20 mins to get our order and had a big ol' stank face the entire time she interacted with us. Don't worry girl I get it, service industry is hard and I've been there before. But let me tell you guys, she did NOT want to be there. Honestly thought she went home halfway through with how often she avoided us. The first dishes took an hour to come out. So one and 1/2 hours of waiting after walking thru the door. It took so long a couple of us went out to do a small photoshoot out by the lake and it STILL didn't come out. Food came out! But no utensils cause who needs em? She gave us a water pitcher! But no glasses cause you can just drink out of yo hands right? 🤣Waited 10 mins for her to bring them around. Ended up just walking up to the kitchen and asking for the glasses myself. There was a automatic 18% gratuity due to our party size 💀 (got comped but still left tip) Food was good so kudos to the kitchen staff. I'll enjoy the leftovers. Excuses we got: "it's graduation day and it's busier than usual." Grad day comes every year around the same time. My suggestion is schedule more staff for one of the biggest day of the year at the busiest time of the day. "She doesn't speak english" so what? It doesn't take English to check up on a table and see if they got the basic stuff like cups and utensils set up. Tldr bad service good food. Only regret was not telling other tables to order appetizers cause food was gonna take an hour to come out.
5.04 months agoThis was absolutely bussin. Got the queso, enchiladas, and fajita salad. Their salsa is so good, had to get three. 😂 Editing to add I’ve been there twice since this and gotten the quesabarria dinner with an added side of beans and it is SO GOOD. Food is always consistent and the staff is always on top of things. I love this place.
