Happened to be in Madison today and decided to see where Whole Foods relocated. Much bigger than the other location, love the hot food/salad bars...they have. Parking is great. Love Whole Food stores and this new store is GREAT!!!

Great first time experience! Went there to buy halibut, fish guy very friendly and helpful. So was the guy in the wine department. The checkout lady was awesome too. I will shop there again!

I’ve been shopping at Whole Foods Market for years, and while the store is still clean and well-stocked, the quality—especially berries this spring (2026)—has noticeably slipped. What’s more disappointing are the recent corporate changes. Cutting bike benefits and sustainability efforts like composting feels like a step backward. The new 30-day return policy also shifts responsibility onto customers instead of standing behind product quality. I’ve contacted corporate and felt completely unheard. On top of that, hearing from longtime employees about limited internal growth and increased external hiring makes the store feel far more corporate than it used to. Overall, it’s still a nice store—but the experience and trust just aren’t what they used to be.

Whole Foods market in Madison was relocated to a new location. This new Whole Foods market is very nice, very clean and well organized. It’s a larger store with a larger parking area. It has fresh produce (mostly organic), meat, bakery, cheese, deli, coffee shop and sitting area. Everything looks fresh and delicious. I like their fresh fruit and bakery selection. The quality of their fruits is good. Their freshly squeezed orange juice tastes great. I tried their espresso and the coffee is good. Sitting area is nice and spacious. We enjoy shopping here.

I love the new Wholefoods store. Such a big building, more space, the parking lot is very amazing and the bakery stations are pretty organized, I love the pastries 🥐 the brownies very tasty 😋 the coffee & tea section they have good flavors of coffee as well. I would love to visit again🫶🏽✨
