It’s a hit or miss, they usually are best to enjoy during dinner hours before closing. When you go earlier in the day not sure if they removing stuff a little too early or what. Use your best judgement

Good afternoon, I want to express an uncomfortable situation I had recently at your restaurant. As a frequent customer, I usually place my orders online and then pick them up without any problems. However, on this occasion, upon arriving at the establishment, the staff told me in an unfriendly way that there was no order with the ID number that appeared in my McDonald's application. The situation was quite uncomfortable for me, as I was clearly showing the information of my order and I felt that I did not receive the attention or the proper disposition to help me solve the problem. I understand that errors can occur in the system, but I consider that the way of serving the customer is also very important. I just wanted to share this experience with respect, since I believe that better attention and communication by the staff can make a big difference for customers. Thank you for your time.

Great McDonald’s Very friendly employees Clean interior,restrooms and good vibes especially With the music played here. The food is prepared good like any other great McDonald’s location. The food/order is received within 2-5 minutes here at this location always whether it’s ordered via inside,app,drive thru or curbside. Will be back.

Absolutely the worst mcds ever i was staying at the children’s hospital so I couldn’t leave i ordered over 50 $ worth (January 24th )and the orders were wrong . I immediately called and been calling every day since. Absolutely trash customer service is trash this store still refuses to answer my calls !!!

Pulled up to the drive through and waited a few minutes and just said “Hello” to get an acknowledgment that they knew I was there. After a few Hellos someone responded rudely saying “yeah, we are here”. I said “sorry, just checking in” and then they responded “no we’re closed, what do you think?”. I acknowledged the rudeness and decided to give up. There wasn’t even a line. They could’ve just told me they’ll be with me when they can…I guess that’s what I’m used to.
