5.0a month agoStaff was very friendly, food was fresh and hot. Best meal I have had at a Wendy's I have ever been at. Exceeded my expectations big time.
1.0a month agoDirty inside. No ice in pop machine. Ketchup dispensers were empty. Gave my kid a Minion and Monsters happy meal with a toy that was for some other happy meal... Like a cardboard eagle or something. Nobody was pleased with this stop
1.02 months agoWent through the drive-thru to pick up a mobile order and wasn't even greeted upon arriving at the window. Once I got my food I was checking the bag to see if I had everything and the guy shut the door, all of this without saying a single word. The guy clearly does not care about doing his job well, this was around 8pm on a Saturday, will not be going back to this location.
1.03 months agoOrdered carry-out tonight, half the order and a drink was missing. The guy working the counter was most definitely SPED. It's unfortunate the fast food IQ, across the board, has dramatically dropped the last few years. This guy was no exception. I suggest he'd be more useful washing the dirty windows and doors there in addition to scrubbing the toilets. I imagine he wouldn't do that correctly either. Not only this visit but every visit going back a for years has been a complete joke. But.... the manager was nice and competent, he should fire the guy in sweatpants
5.03 years agoMan, I had a different experience than some of these low reviews. These guys were great 👍. The food was delicious...hate to say it, but they have McDonald's beat for breakfast... except for the hash browns. Mickey D's still owns the crown for hash browns. The sausage had this kind of sirloin/Angus flavor that hit me the right way...the egg and cheese on there tasted closer to fresh, if you know what I mean. And the service was friendly at the drive thru...we had a laugh when they handed me a coffee and a raspberry vitamin water. I couldn't remember ordering a pink drink, and then realized I did and told them it was for my wife. They told me that I really better not forget it. Good peeps. Good times at the Wendy's, yo. Quality... it's all about the QUALITY. Westside Wendy's has it going on. Get yourself some Wendy's for breakfast. Wannie out.
