super slow service, went there twice in a roll with both times >30min wait I ordered online with my phone hoping to avoid the line... when I got there, the order was NOT ready. And actually they didn't receive my order in their machine for some reason... wasted 40min in that store, almost missed the game tonight. shout out to their manager though, acting quick and ended my waiting; when they initially opened the food was really good, but recently I have gotten once food poisoning from their food; today I got a signature box with the smallest leg that I ever had at Popeyes...

I had to wait for 4-5 mins before anyone came to take my order. I noticed that when other customers came in they had to wait too. They were focused on talking and playing around. The chicken looks smaller than before and the mac and cheese was full of cheese and barely any noodles. Their lobby was very clean.

Ordered in the App to save time. When I arrived my two orders were NOT at the pickup window. I provided my two order numbers and then waited 10 minutes and no one came back to even give me a status. Finally the young female employee saw me waiting and asked about my order. She couldn't find it either so I showed her my email confirmations. She just went ahead and filled both of my Big Boxes. Kudos to her for rescuing me. Total time 20 minutes for an online order that should have been waiting for me! Food was just okay. Beans with rice are too smokey for my liking. The coleslaw was pretty ordinary. The chicken was okay.

Went in for a late dinner; dining area is extremely clean. Very efficient but one piece of chicken was seriously overcooked; I guess that’s why my 2 piece combo had 3 pieces. It was insulting to be served an inedible piece of chicken. The female associate was very kind and greeted us upon entry.

This is a nice brand new fast food location for popeyes. It's got a very clean and welcoming atmosphere. The food was hot and fresh. And the staff was easy to work with. It's not bad if you're into fast food and especially chicken. There are a few vegetarian options as well. None of them come in the meal, though. They're mostly just side dishes.
