Everytime I go to the Mineral Point location the so called men that act like little boys have a sassy attitude and apparently don’t know their own menu. I pulled up to to the drive thru ordered a five layer burrito and Mr. Sassy said we don’t have a 5 layer burrito. Then proceeds to say oh my fault like he don’t know the damn menu and he work there that’s just sad. I will never be picking up food from that location ever again

went through the drive thru at this location, the lady on the other end was very rude while my fiance and i were ordering. she abruptly told us to "slow down" when we weren't even talking that fast. then their CO2 was out so there werent any drinks out of the fountain which is completely avoidable i would think. overall, the guy working there with the green dreads was a superstar working at light speed to take orders, prepare drinks, and process payments and he needs a raise

I have been to a lot of Taco Bell’s and this one has one of the best chicken quesadillas I’ve ever had. It’s not a fluke, I have been here 3 times prior to this review just to make sure. Don’t change what you’re doing on these at this location. Other locations should take notes.

Consistent, affordable, and reliable. Our order was messed up a couple of times with less premium items or missing items and the store manager Nick made things right by offering four free items. The ordering process with the lady inside was very smooth and she was kind and helpful. Appreciate things being made right!

I went to the Taco Bell on Whitney way and ordered a Mexican pizza to add lettuce and sour cream after it was cooked. I assume it was the manager that came on the speaker and said very rudely we don’t do that. She was so rude I didn’t even want to finish my order at that location so I went to the Taco Bell on commerce Drive. Si was the person in the drive-through who took my order. This time when I ordered the Mexican pizza with lettuce and sour cream, he not only accommodated me, but he greeted me with a positive attitude and friendly smile. My food was cooked exactly how I wanted it and I had an excellent experience at the commerce Drive location. In today’s world where prices are skyrocketing, I want to go where I feel welcome, where the person in the drive-through is friendly, and the food is cooked correctly. I will definitely go to this location when I want Taco Bell in the future.
