I went to Aldi on May 21 around 7 PM. The cashier was extremely unmotivated and very rude. I ended up returning everything because I don’t want to shop somewhere that makes me feel awful. Her name is Elliot What concerned me most was that she refused to provide a receipt showing that my refund was processed. Now I’m worried the refund may not have gone through, so I’ll check my account tomorrow to confirm the money was returned. I’m uncomfortable having people with that kind of attitude handling my money. If my money didn’t returned, I will report to somewhere else

I had an unpleasant experience at Aldi today around 7pm on May 21. The cashier seemed unmotivated, easily irritated, and unprofessional. When I asked a question, she responded angrily, which made the interaction uncomfortable. I understand that customer service jobs can be stressful, but customers should still be treated respectfully. Since employees are representing the company while being paid to work, this behavior felt very unprofessional. Unfortunately, this experience makes me not want to return.

Most disorganized grocery store I have ever been in. Vegetables were all prepackaged so one couldn't by only what they need nor the correct quantity. No personnel anywhere on the floor for assistance. A very "unclean" feeling to me, and sloppiness that I haven't seen in a grocery store in years. I won't be back.

Generally speaking, I love Aldi however, I do not like the store on Watts Road at all. Every time I have visited the store it Seems like there shelves are not well stocked and their produce leaves much to be desired They also don’t seem to carry some of the products that the other stores do. I don’t know if this particular Aldi is a smaller store. However, I generally will drive out of my way to go to the east side or the Sun Prairie store, and on occasion the Fitchburg store.

Limited selection of items, but produce looks fresh and prices are really good! They don't have any shopping bags as they're making an effort to be more sustainable. A decent place if you want common produce/food items but still small.
