This particular Taco Bell establishment has erroneously prepared our order on two separate occasions, specifically omitting the nacho fries and an additional item. We also experienced an unprofessional interaction with a staff member during one of our drive-through visits.

To those employees who make the late night orders (like mine because their cinnabon bite things are delicious but I only think about them late at night 🙏) I pray to any all all higher beings that your pillows are the perfect temperature and feel, your beds are extra cozy, you sleep deeply and the entire night. Also, that when you wake up you not only feel completely well rested, your ready to get up and face the day and the day goes amazing. I hope your next paycheck has more money than you expected so not only can you pay your expenses, but you can ALSO splurge on your interests, and I hope all the customers you encounter say "may I please get____", "please", and "thank you". I hope your vehicle's gas is always more full than you remember, I hope you never gave transportation issues, and I hope you get a random bonus on your check or extra tips. Any issues I've had (other than the cinnabon thingies being cooked in old oil once, but that's not fully the employee's fault) have been through Uber Eats, but that's not y'all's fault. I hope y'all have an amazing shift each and every shift.

Everything tasted like vinegar, as if they had just thrown everything into a stew and then added a beefy potato burrito. I took two bites and decided to toss it out. My gordita flatbread was cold, and by that point, I had given up and didn’t even bother trying the Chalupa. The person who took my order did a great job—he was friendly and provided good service. However, I can't say the same about whoever was in the kitchen cooking the food, because what I received was simply nasty🤮

Delivery driver completely forgot drink which I get is on DoorDash partially but the restaurant should make sure they grab everything too. In addition, I ordered four cheesy roll ups with rice, pico, and fries added and asked for them to be grilled. None of them are grilled and they have almost no cheese on them and are cold.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Do not order here at all, they will mess your food up out of spite if you fail to order in under 2 1/2 minutes through the drive through. There were no cars behind us and the lady with blue hair instructed that we leave and come back when we are ready to order. I was ordering for 7 people and Cashier Ever H and all employees on that shift were very disrespectful kept pointing out the window and laughing as well as purposely made food wrong. When I called up and asked to speak with a manager at first I was hung up on and then I called again and the so called manager answered but you could hear them laughin And saying disrespectful things in the background. I then asked to be refunded for the order due to the lack of professionalism as well as the order lacking in basic care from employees. This needs to be addressed and the young lady with the blue hair needs to take a class in customer service. I will be expecting a call or response back from corporate.
