If you’re in the Madison area and craving authentic Italian food, do yourself a favor and stop by Nonno’s Restaurant Italiano! The food was absolutely delicious. I ordered the Polla Canneralla and a Margherita pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms. You can really tell they take their time and pay attention to every detail. Every bite was fresh, flavorful, and consistently excellent from start to finish. A special shout-out to Juan and Raphael, who provided incredible service and made us feel so welcome. Great food combined with outstanding hospitality is always a winning combination. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend supporting this wonderful local restaurant! 🍝🇮🇹❤️

Comforting and consistent Italian food in a cozy environment. My favorite is the ravioli with vodka sauce, and my brother raves about the fried calamari. Love the fresh bread and balsamic with every meal. We’ve celebrated many special occasions here, from birthdays to anniversaries to New Year’s Eve—my family always feels welcome and at home while dining here. Lovely service, too 🍝

Server was so nice! And the food was chefs kiss, so good!!! I would definitely recommend this place and i would absolutely come here again even if im 2 hrs away!

Dined here September 2025 while in Madison for work, best choice possible! Staff was very relaxed and friendly, bread served prior to my meal was FRESH, I don't think it could have been any more fresh! Staff recommended the ravioli al formaggio, I still think about this dish it was that good!

Nonno's is one our favorite restaurants in Madison. The Italian food, nice wine list, good drinks, and really friendly fine service makes the meal enjoyable. Their veal dishes are fantastic. The creme brûlée and other deserts are a great way to finish off a meal. They have a large menu so everyone can find something. So far of all the times we have eaten there, we have not been disappointed in our meal.
