I ordered a grande iced shaken espresso. What I got..... A venti ice shaken espresso. It had 6 pumps of white chocolate and oatmilk? Since when? Argggh

I’ve been here a few times and usually ordered a cappuccino, but it never seemed quite right, so I switched to lattes. One day I decided to try a cappuccino again and asked for extra foam. The barista started scooping foam into the cup, but then a tall guy, maybe a manager, I’m not totally sure, stepped in and said they don’t add foam that way to cappuccinos. He sounded extremely rude and kind of rushed her. She still tried her best to give me as much foam as she could after that. After multiple disappointing experiences, I’ve decided not to come back. I understand the baristas need to work quickly, but that doesn’t really matter if the drink quality isn’t there, especially when I’m paying for it.

Just got a drink and the flavor is on the bottom of my cup not even mixed in or attempted to try and mix it. They but put milk and espresso in to that’s it. I’ve been a barista before it’s not hard to put flavor that is thick then espresso to melt the flavor. Bc then it’s mixed in at that point.

Try to stop here every other morning or so for coffee (drive thru) around 6:15am-6:25. But like clock work takes 15-20 min to get a coffee here. Today was final straw here, it was exactly 31 minutes to get my drink and my wife’s drink. With only 2 cars in front of us. Other Starbucks knock out orders in under 3-4 minutes. This location has been like this for years. So I don’t know what the issue is.

Fantastic Starbucks location with extremely friendly staff who consistently craft quality drinks. This is one of the cleanest and most spacious Starbucks Cafes I've been to; it's very modern and has a great atmosphere. There is free lot parking at the cafe.
