It was pretty wild. Took the kiddo there since the breadsticks and cheese are my favorite. Walk in, like four people at the counter laughing. Cool, no big deal. One like, slid a piece of paper over to another and they started laughing again, sketchy. Anyway, order our food. Go to sit down. One, two, three, four, five, and six. Six tables have trays and nasties all over them. Which, honestly wouldn't be a big deal. But with four people behind the counter, plus a manager (?) walking around. There was one other group if people there at that time. I'm not trying to tear the place down, but that was a huge turn off to the limited locations of Rocky's these days.

I Normally grab a slice or salad for lunch but won a free large pizza on the rewards app, so ordered dinner for carry out. Called to order and staff was very helpful and friendly. Order was ready promptly, and when I went in to pick up, I noticed the clean restaurant with cute decor and even an ice cream station. Pizza was hot & fresh and crust was pleasantly crisp compared to the boxed slices I usually get. We all loved the sauce and toppings, and my 94 year old father in law declared it “the best pizza I’ve had in a very long time”. Will definitely be back!

The woman who helped us had on leggings that i could see EVERYTHING through. She wasn't very personable either. I'm hoping she was just having an off day but if she is like that then maybe she shouldn't be working the register. She had a slight attitude but maybe all that eye shadow caked on was giving her a headache. Idk. Everyone else was wonderful that I encountered there. And it was clean.

We love Rocky‘s, and I normally highly recommend everybody goes there. Our visit to this specific Rocky’s was not the best. Our breadsticks were overdone and our slices of pizza did NOT taste like Rocky‘s pizza (we love Rocky‘s distinctive flavor for their pizza because we are big fans and have eaten quite a bit of Rocky’s pizza in our time). We were disappointed. We had to wait 10 minutes for a slice of sausage and pepperoni pizza which normally is a pretty common slice of pizza that they have ready. The wait would not be a big deal if we had been waiting for a piece of Rocky‘s pizza that tasted like it’s supposed to taste. It was very disappointing. We were looking forward to our visit… until we ate the food. I still love Rocky’s. We will just go to a different location in the Madison area.

The lady that took my order was speedy and nice, so no complaints there. Placed my order around 5:30pm so I’d assumed I’d get some fresh food. I was wrong, my breadsticks were burnt yet soggy while the pizza tasted as though it had been sitting around since lunch and was also burnt. Very dry on the outside, just gross. I spent just over 11 dollars on this garbage, and this is the second time in a row I’ve gotten food from this Rocky’s and have ended up throwing it away. That’s over 22 bucks in the trash, and I can’t afford to try eating here again.
