1.03 months agoI give! Everytime I order they give me the opposite of what I had taken off. I hate mayo. This one was disgustingly drenched. A person who likes mayo would be grossed out. Not to mention the onions were on there. Also, barely warm. When Firehouse pays attention the sandwiches are great. Unfortunately, 4 out of 5 of my last orders were incorrect. So, I won’t be going back.
1.03 months agoI ordered a door dash delivery from here for my lunch break and found a small piece of metal hidden in my sandwhich that i almost swallowed.
1.04 months agoLost a customer that comes here multiple times a week. Ordered a large Italian that took 25 minutes to come out even though I ordered and chose pick up ahead. Zero customer service. They put so much sauce on the sub it was hardly edible for the first half. Had to throw second half away because 5 min after sitting it was already mush top to bottom. Couldn’t pick up, bun sogged through your fingers. Absolutely disgusting and food was a representation of the establishment and its workers. There’s a reason there’s two cars in the parking lot at 6pm on a Saturday. Gross. Negligent. Won’t be back.
2.010 months agoThe service was superb staff was nice friendly the place was clean food was horrible sandwich was soggy lettuce taste old and the meat wasn’t even sliced it was crumbly turned my stomach it looked so unappetizing. I ate here before but this sandwich made me feel different about this location
