If I could, I would leave a zero star review this is absolutely the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. I’ve had people be disrespectful and rude multiple times. I’ve had employees In my face and be disrespectful because they didn’t wanna fill up my drink all the way when I asked him to fill up my drink he filled it up with whipped cream instead of coffee the managers there do not care about your complaints the past five times I’ve been there. My order has been completely messed up either did not receive something I paid for or was charged for something extra, and the managers in this location are just as disrespectful as the young employees. it has not mattered the time whether it’s breakfast lunch or dinner I have had too much of bad experiences to the point where I will not be returning to this location unless this location has corporate come and fix it because the way I’ve been treated is unacceptable

Yesterday i ordered a huntrix happy meal for my child, after i paid at the first drive thru window, the second window i was handed over a Mario bro happy meal. I told the lady that this is not correct, I ordered huntrix. Anyway to sum it all no one there spoke English. The slow minded non english spoken employees were rude and gave me hell about my order.

I ordered allergy-friendly food and they placed the order correctly but for whatever reason, the food came with onion. By the time I opened the food, I was too far away for me to justify going back. I tried to call the store and their advertised phone number was disconnected. 🤔 Definitely a safety issue and not some where I’d ever order food again from.

Managers are not great. They do not care about their customers, which help them pay for everything. Need to go back to customer care classes and know that customers should be treated good and not as a nuisance, that is there to ruin there day. There behavior will only get pushed down to their employees. This should stop now. Been to this location alot and never had to many problems, but lately there has been a change in the whole attitude and atmosphere at this location.

Good McDonalds The employees are somewhat nice The food is prepared great here. The lobby/seating area/restrooms are clean Conveniently located near a lot of major businesses area.
