Reviews from Google2.0a month agoWhat happened to the bagels and bread ?We ordered 6 asiago bagels and they were all the look and consistency of a dinner roll. And the baguette was tasteless. The tea we got tasted like it was spoiled I had to go with a soda just to be safe. Had to sit at a dirty table and wait 15 minutes for our bagels and soup.
3.03 months ago⭐⭐⭐ The location is convenient and the atmosphere is comfortable for a quick meal or coffee break. The food was decent, but the overall experience felt average compared to other Panera locations. Service was acceptable, although a bit slow during busy hours. Overall, an okay experience but there is room for improvement.
4.06 months agoPretty average panera. The wait for your food can definitely get crazy around lunch since it's right downtown, but it's usually nice and cozy for dinner. The coffee is almost never down, but sometimes the soda machine is.
4.08 months agoI've never had anything bad to say about Panera. So normally this would be 5 stars, but this is the sadest cookie I have ever seen! Over-baked and it looks like a young child decorated it. Do better.
5.03 years agoThe Bistro French Onion soup in a sourdough bread bowl was delicious! Fresh, hot, & tender onions sauteed then slow simmered to perfection & surrounded with some of the tastiest sourdough bread world round. The crust is golden brown delicious, and chewy just the right amount. The inside of the loaf is soft and stretches just right when you chew off a bit. Served with a chocolate chip cookie & apple, I also had a decaf coffee. The service was relatively fast, smooth, courteous & professional, while also warm, friendly, and approachable. I got dine-in, though carryout is available too. It was early afternoon and brisk business, but slowed in minutes, though I was queued in line about 5 min. I've never eaten in this particular Panera, near the reconverted train depot on W. Washington. It has more than ample seating, lots of beautiful window seats for soaking up some ambient light while dining. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone loving sourdough bread and homemade soups, & sandwiches are equally great.
