I work fairly close to Nam’s so my coworker and I decided to order it for lunch through their website. We placed our orders at the exact same time but for some reason, only mine was ready. They (a woman and a man) claimed they had no proof of my coworker’s order even though my coworker had the order up on their phone and their card was charged and my coworker showed them both. The manager was called and it was pretty evident that the man and woman thought my coworker was lying. When the manager asked my coworker if their card had been charged, my coworker said yes, and the woman went “No. No it wasn’t.” My coworker just placed a new order and was told to contact Grubhub for a refund for the previous one. As for the food, it was very mid. I ordered the pineapple chicken and shrimp fried rice. There were exactly three pieces of shrimp. Definitely not worth it.

10/10 I do not recommend. They charged by the hour for karaoke and during that hour you have to figure out how to use their menu qr code system. They were not busy they could’ve just taken our order. We could’ve started our fun and our night a lot earlier. They just kept coming in the room and saying place order on QR code please order on QR code and did not help us at all. It was absolutely terrible. They will not come take your order and they do not speak English. It was a very weird experience. We got our drinks after our food and it just was not fun at all, and I felt like we wasted an hour trying to get them to help us order but they spoken a completely different language it was not a good experience and we still paid for the full two hours even though we were like it took us an hour to try to figure out how to order with no help and they were appalled and we were appalled too because we had already spent $200 and that was not including for karaoke I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy

I normally wouldn't rate Nam's Noodles so low, typically I would rate them closer to 4 to 5 stars for everything, however I recently had a terrible experience and need folks to know about it. I recently went to Nam's on a Sunday night, and normally when I go it's the older couple that I believe owns the restaurant. This night it was I think their son, but also could just be a younger employee, working the bar and karaoke rooms. He started out wonderfully, very fast and attentive to our needs and orders. However after about two hours of our 5 hour reservation a large crowd had formed out in the bar area of about 10 white men and maybe a couple white women, and they all seemed to be friends with the main employee/son of the owners. The reason I bring up race and gender is because my group was AFAB and had many different minorities. This other group proceeded to harass us the whole night and the employees did nothing about it no matter how upset or uncomfortable we seemed. This group would peer into our room while we were singing, they'd dance and crowd around our room so we couldn't get out, and they would specifically refer to me as if I was an employee and they would also misgender me at the same time. They repeatedly asked me to clean up their food and plates and things even though I very clearly was not an employee, and the actual employees were sitting on the opposite side of the bar with this group. We ended up feeling so uncomfortable we demanded to end our reservation early due to these people's behavior. I am so disappointed at how we were treated. I have never been treated like this before at Nam's or any restaurant for that matter. Completely unacceptable. Even though I've been a semi-regular the last 5 years, I'm unsure if I feel comfortable and safe coming back after everything.

Food is pretty good depending on what you get. I got the Sticky Noodles with Beef and they were very very good, but a bit skimpy on the beef. Also tried the Pad Thai which was average and chicken fried rice wasn’t too crazy, so I definitely do recommend the noodles or the pho which looked great too. Haven’t been for Karaoke yet but seems like a great time!

Booked a karaoke room to celebrate a birthday, and it was an absolute blast!!! We had 14 people in our group, and we were able to fit just fine in the room. No issues with the mic, karaoke machine, or anything; everythjng worked great and it even included a lot of newer, recent songs which was nice. Zach was a great host and kept the drinks coming! Thanks for having us, and we are for sure to come back for another night of singing. The food looked great too, will have to try a different time. Appreciate the hospitality! $50/hour is a great rate!
