The meat piled up on one side of the burrito. I have to finish 3 quarters of my burrito to have my first bite of meat. Wild. This is not my first time having this issue. And the amount of meat is pathetic. I am fine with the price increase, but you should keep the same quality.

Walked in 2 hours before closing and every single table with covered in food bits and all the chairs were stacked. There were no garbage bins either. I asked for a rag to wipe off the table and was told the dining room closes at 9pm, thats why the dining room is dirty. It doesnt say this anywhere in the resturant or on the website. On top of this, the food was cold and the meat was tough and dry. This is not the first time but, I think it'll be the last. 👋

One of the employees doesn’t know what they are talking about. Asked to redeem my chips& guac and turned me down saying I have to order smthing at least 5 bucks with it. Did it on the app instead and showed them the receipt to get it. They literally just had to scan the barcode. I wouldn’t have minded if it ended at that but the chips I ended up getting felt slighly old.. half of them were soggy/ not crunchy.

food here is great! the employees however…why am i eating in the dining room and i can see multiple employees sitting on their phones?? why is one of them sitting in the dining room with me and the other patrons?? i was not greeted by the employee who was up at the front counter when i first walked up. the guy who did help me did not even give me a change to order chips or a drink and the portions are tiny!
