Our server Santos was amazing, so serviceable and kind. He gave us his favorite dish and went above and beyond for us. We were celebrating my son’s birthday.The food was so delicious. Thank you so much.

I walked in quite hungry as I did a two mile hike to get here and it was close to lunch time. Now I’m leaving with a full belly! I doubt I brush my teeth until tomorrow to maintain this flavor!

Amazing tacos and drinks! Our bartender, Heather, was incredible friendly, patient, kind, and helpful, especially given our indecisiveness over the amazing options! She even made us surprise drinks upon request, they were truly delectable!

The waitress was very kind, friendly, and sympathetic of my experience at Spectrum today. She was very hospitable and knowledgeable of the menu items and which ones would suit my fancy. Great atmosphere and very clean & organized. Two thumbs up. I'll be going back there that's for sure.

This place is absolutely worth the hype, even with a few quirky and slightly awkward moments. The food is amazing—consistently flavorful, fresh, and satisfying every single time. I DoorDash from here all the time, and they never disappoint. One thing that’s always a little weird is how they card you after you order drinks. It’s awkward, honestly, and their out-of-order system has even led to drinks being taken away mid-order. You never really know what you’ll get until they finish checking your ID—it’s chaotic, but somehow part of the charm. The wait time is another mystery—it’s never quite accurate—but again, the food makes it worth the gamble. The manager is super nice, always helpful, and genuinely cares about customers, which really makes a difference. Favorites? The pomegranate drink is a must, perfectly refreshing, and the esquites are insanely good—creamy, flavorful, and addictive. Despite the quirks, this is one of those spots you keep coming back to.
