I went to this Taco Bell one night because it was one of the only ones open around my area that was close to me. I had placed an online order here before I went to go and get my food. When I arrived they didn't have my order on their system at all. It was placed at the correct location. After about fifteen to twenty minutes they had to make my order from scratch because they couldn't find it on their system. The food was delicious. Because it took a long time for them to figure out my order did not show up on their system my car ended up getting a parking ticket when it was supposed to be grab and go. Not to mention this place has rowdy customers as well and sometimes it takes a while to get the food ready based on previous experiences here. I will most likely not return here anymore.

Employees were friendly and got my order completely correct. The bathroom was a nightmare though, that definitely needs cleaning. Other than that the customers inside were tremendously obnoxious but as that's beyond control of the staff I won't count that against them. Overall not a horrible stop, but probably won't bother going back.

This place is pretty great for lunch when the women employees are on food prep, unfortunately this place is equally as bad when the guys that work there are on food prep. If I see any of the guys working on the food prep side I skip this place. The guys routinely screw up orders , skimp on ingredients, randomly add meat to vegetarian items and 4 out of 5 times seem to find a way to screw up orders. It's really too bad that this place isn't consistently good.

I ordered a vegetarian meal, but they added beef! I'm so disappointed and upset. When I informed the staff, they were extremely dismissive and argumentative about it. Some people have ethical and religious reasons for dietary preferences also. And it's so unfair to me because I took a bite of beef unknowingly. They can never make up for the damages they've done. I'm never coming back here again. And I don't recommend anyone else to grab food here too. I won't support a chain that doesn't respect people's dietary preferences and cultures.

Look it’s Taco Bell in a college town right by all the bars, lines are going to be long, all these people complaining about that can solve their problem by ordering ahead on the app. These employees are honestly the goats and arent appreciated enough. They gotta deal with drunk entitled college students and some homeless people but never fail to be efficient, polite, and keep the restaurant clean. Hats off to you guys
