Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. The service was friendly overall, but the food was far below what I expected from a Brazilian steakhouse. The biggest disappointment was the flavor. The seasoning was nothing like authentic Brazilian food, and the feijoada didn’t taste or look like a real Brazilian feijoada. In general, almost everything was bland and lacked flavor. The potato salad was also nothing like the traditional Brazilian-style potato salad (“maionese”). The meat service was disappointing as well. There wasn’t much variety, and several cuts were overcooked. When picanha was served, it had already been sliced for another table instead of being freshly cut, and some of the pieces were undercooked, with no seasoning or flavor. Honestly, the only things that felt truly Brazilian were the white rice and the pão de queijo. As a Brazilian, I left very disappointed. I hope the restaurant improves, because the food does not represent authentic Brazilian cuisine.

I will be honest, the only time I would come to Samba is on my birthday as a treat for making it another year. As the years have gone by more and more people have come to celebrate with me. The food has been fine everytime I have gone and it gave a fun atmosphere to drink, eat, and celebrate. But you know what destorys the mood at the end of a fun night with 11 other people? Being UNABLE to split the bill more then 5 cards. Better yet, if you do spilt it, it has to be equal cause why have a POS system that can split for an itemized bill in 2026? Its super nice to plop an $800+ bill on the table and have the group make the wonderful descition on whos gonna front the cost and get payed back! I love having financial conversations with people I just met cause I can't pay for my portion of the meal and be on my way! Super fun experience and great way to feel terrible at the end of what should be a good experience. I am actually so embarassed by this that tonight will be the last time I eat here.

Did dinner for 2, which was all ypu can eat, so come hungry, @ $64 person plus drinks... I think our bill was about $160. Make reservations. Dinner described as "Our Full Rodizio service includes freshly-grilled meats carved table-side by our Gauchos plus our first-course salad bar. Rodizio includes expertly grilled beef tenderloin, pichana (top sirloin cap), alcatra (top sirloin), pork tenderloin, chicken legs, sausages, and everyone's favorite: cinnamon-dusted grilled pineapple!" The top sirloin and tenderloin were excellent, the cinnamon pineapple was good as desert. You can buy desert, but it's extra cost. Our server was super helpful explaining the process and friendly. So sorry, I forgot her name! Her photo is in the review though. Unique building with a stage area, and multiple levels. Must have been a theater at some point. Would go again, for a special night or celebration with a group.

This is a great place for a special occasion meal. The various meats were all very flavorful, juicy and they stopped at our table frequently. The other food, salads and desserts were all very good. The service was also very good. My only pause for giving 5 stars is the high price per person. I wish 4.5 stars was an option but alas no...

Love this place! The vibe here is classy, but fun. The salad bar is expansive, and a good variety. The meat is very flavorful, and they keep bringing to your table. The cocktails are fantastic! The staff are very attentive to the customers.
