I come to this place regularly and the food is always ready quickly and the staff friendly. It's calm and quiet compared to the nearby chipotle that's always packed. Free guac and queso is a great plus!

The food is great you get to build your bowls or burritos how you want and you get your money's worth. The service is great and the employees are friendly and respectful. Will definitely be back.

We ordered our food and we tried to make it a meal by adding chips and queso and they wouldn’t let us. They said we had to say that at the beginning of the line which we have never done. They were also really rude about it and dismissed us.

I went in to order and waited like 5 minutes to be noticed. The guy working was sitting behind a reach in cooler on his phone while the lady working was prepping food. When he noticed me he stood up he scratched his bare belly and then grabbed gloves without washing his hands and asked what I wanted. Really turned me off from ordering from here so I left. Super yuck.

The person in charge behind the counter made a snide remark after asking for a simple bill/payment related service and seemed in haste. The food tasted good for the price, but the service, staffing, and atmosphere can definitely be improved. It's not always about the food ! Service and atmosphere contributes to the overall experience as well !
