The new manager, Patty, is honestly the best thing to happen to this Hut. Mineral Point used to be my favorite, but after 2 poor interactions I came to this location and had an incredible experience. Thank you, Patty!

Ordered delivery. Buffalo tavern and pan cheese with med buffalo wings, and cheese sticks (combo deal). Both pizzas were something else, missing wings. This Pizza Hut is awful!!! Learn to read an order. I spoke with Alex who wouldn’t let me speak to the manager. Bullshit experience. Never again.

There’s something wrong with this Pizza Hut. There’s something off with their oven. I usually order a supreme pizza, which I did at this location as well. The toppings on the pizza seemed raw and uncooked. It’s like the pizza was cooked from underneath, but had no heat on top of the pizza. I had to throw the pizza away.

Our delivery driver was on time, courteous and pleasant. Unfortunately, they were the only good part of this interaction. Pizza was overcooked on the top and raw on the bottom. Sausage taste was also off. We haven’t ordered Pizza Hut for quite a few years. We ordered 3 times recently. First order was fantastic. Second ordered was a little less than mediocre. This time was awful. See you later, Pizza Hut

So I usually am a huge fan of Pizza Hut and usually go to the one on Mineral Pointe and have never had a problem. I decided to go to this one because it was on the way home and boy was that a huge mistake. We asked for extra pepperoni, as we always do, and they stacked some of them 6-7 high. There were so many pepperonis that the pizza didn't cook enough and it was positively swimming in grease. You would pick up a slice and the grease would run off in a steady drip. We tried eating it anyway because we were so hungry but my wife and I could barely stomach it. So disappointed. Especially in a time like this I wish I would have supported a small business and not the Hut. We won't be back. I'll forever equate Pizza Hut with this nasty grease ball wreck of a pizza.
