I had calmly called customer service about a question politely about purchasing a product. The man on the other end was excessively hostile, accused me of being another individual who had supposedly harassed the workers earlier, and accused me of stalking a third-party stocker. I have absolutely no clue what prompted him to say these horrific things that made my young daughter in the car cry from his tone. I don't ever write reviews but I cannot recommend this place in good faith because of that interaction. If you want cheap food, Aldi is just down the road.

First review I've ever left, if that tells you anything. I've shopped at Pick n Save / Metro Market for literal decades and this one suuuuuucks. It used to be great, but it's clear the management now is just bad. I was just there- encountered a couple friendly employees (hence the 2 stars) but everyone else was either oblivious or rude. I'm one of the least demanding customers in the world, but I do believe that when you work in customer service you should be baseline polite. My checkout guy was not polite. Of the two people bagging my groceries, one actually replied to me when I thanked them. When I got to the car I realized a bottle of salsa I'd bought was unsealed and full of mold (super gross), so I took it back in to customer service to exchange it. The person who yelled across the store at me, "Do you need something?" and then "helped" me-- I'm guessing a manager--acted like I was an annoying pest. She treated me like I'd done something wrong, never said ope, sorry about that- in fact she didn't even look at me. I thanked her and she walked away silently. The rudeness at this location is pervasive and impressive and it's pretty clear it comes from the top.

Self checkout line has been like this the last few times I’ve been in here. I’m done giving it a chance. It’s so obviously broken I’m shocked their managers have not adjusted. I used to like stopping by this Pick N' Save because it was a convenient in and out. Since they re-designed the checkouts, every time I've come in I end up standing in line for 15+ minutes for a handful of items. Why are there just 3 self checkouts running, people with full carts using them? Why is the deck of 6 self checkouts in the same part of the store always turned off? Why am I able to read Grapes of Wrath cover to cover while standing in line trying to buy a single item? Also they got rid of their hot food self-service bar which had the best chicken tenders in town. Sad.

I went shopping there, and it really has a lot of things even flowers. I can't tell you if it's expensive or cheap, prices and quality vary a lot. The people who help are very nice. But really, it's worth going.

Great grocery store to go to. Clean, great selection, friendly helpful staff, bright well lit, and fresh. Store is never busy after 6:00 pm. Can get in get out quickly. Make sure you are a card member so you can save more money. Cornbread from the bakery is so tasty.
