many of the UW-Madison dining/market/cafe establishments are poorly run, but this one has to beat them all. On a good day, it's painfully slow, incompetent but cheerful service. On a bad day, the wait is comically long, and service is rude and inconsistent. Not sure how they manage to run a coffee shop so poorly.

Is it the greatest coffee shop ever? No. But is still run by nice people who makes wonderful drinks? Yes! I love coming whenever I’m at the union, but I only go whenever I come visit the union for the day.

This is a great coffee and cafe stop! I love the variety of beverages you can order here! The service is better than Starbucks! I will be a regular guest!

I never leave bad reviews but I have been in line so long that it just makes sense. This coffee shop is one of the worst I’ve been to in terms of service. The food and drinks are good but there’s probably a 50% chance they get your order wrong. They are also almost always understaffed or are running around doing things instead of taking orders and not understanding your order when you finally get up there (I’ve been in an 8 person line for 20 minutes) unless you really have to go here I would recommend going to another coffee shop.

Ordered a $6 medium sized pumpkin latte and got milk. Workers were nice and added an extra shot of espresso but there was still hardly any coffee flavor and no hint of pumpkin whatsoever. Could’ve paid the same price for a coffee from a legit cafe, disappointed.
