This is where my food was left , on the floor next to the hotel half a block away .yes I could have walked …. Also I tipped $6 and m a pretty basic order. No call saying the pizza was here , just a note from door dash who apparently is who pap John’s does deliveries with know and my food on the ground.

Unfortunately Door Dash delivered my order and due to their delay, food was cold. Speaking with Manager Jacob made a difference in keeping my business at Papa John's. The food was prepared quickly and waited for the doordash driver. For whatever reason, delivery was the issue resulting in cold food.

Extremely disappointed with the service here. I placed a pickup order at 11:30 AM for a 5:30 PM pickup to ensure everything would be ready for a party. When I arrived on time, I was told they hadn’t even started the order because a 'large order' pop up. It takes an extra 30 minutes to get our pizzas while my party was starting. What is the point of pre-ordering six hours in advance if the store doesn't respect the pickup time? No phone call, no heads up, just poor management. If they can’t make it, at least call so I don’t have to travel here and found out myself. I would give negative stars if possible.

Worst Papa Johns I’ve ever dealt with. Ordered at 9pm and didn’t get my order til 11:15pm. I have to work at 5. Terrible customer service. Everyone sounded like they were under the influence of something. My food arrived cold and you tell me if this looks like what I ordered?! NEVER AGAIN!

Had to change my rating and review after last night cause let be serious…. Why would anyone working at a business let this be the representation they want…. Order last night, came in to pick it up wasn’t there gave my order to someone else… so I wait for more pizzas to finish and this is what I get…. 5 teenage boys wouldn’t eat this pizza….
