I normally love moka and everything they have to offer including great staff. Today I ordered an ube iced latte (get this often) and there was almost no ube syrup. It literally taste like a regular iced latte which is really disappointing. Sad to leave a review like this since I’m typically happy leaving here.

Coffee is always great but make sure you have 15 mins to wait for it. The only employee I ever see actually serving anyone is the male with curly hair. I don’t think I’ve ever been in and out of there in less than 10 minutes for a drive through coffee shop that’s insane.

I stopped at Mocha this afternoon for a quick pick-me-up coffee. There was one car in front of me, but I ended up waiting quite a long time, which was a bit stressful since I had to pick up the kids and run other errands. However, the barista was so kind! They apologized for the delay, and as a gesture, they gave me my coffee for free. That small act of kindness really made my day. Appreciate that so much. And coffee was perfect!

Everybody is so nice here and makes my coffee perfect. I went this morning and the person working had great energy. I was in line and then out in less than 2 minutes. I usually have someone who is also very nice and goes outside to take the order then he’s back inside to give me my order.

Its a drive thru coffee shop. There isn't an "atmosphere". Its delicious coffee and comes really fast! The double drive thru is a little confusing but tip well and you feel less stupid.. lol (Ps. You're supposed to stay at the window, not pull around to the other...)
