Ordered and paid 60 extra cents for mayo on my burger and my fiancés burger and never got it. Very disappointed as the meals are already expensive as it is. That’s $.60 cents that couldn’t gone elsewhere. They never get my order right and yet I still give them chance after chance . Do better. READ!! Read what’s on the receipt

Very friendly staff on the graveyard and lunch shift, haven’t interacted with dinner yet. The cheeseburgers and Big Macs are fresh for McDonald’s and taste pretty good. Fries are average but that’s alright. I really like the staff, they’re pretty quick and patient

The woman at the front counter running food out was absolutely awesome. I think I heard her say her name was Lupe. A rude woman literally threw something at her and she didn't even react. SO professional and polite, got my food out super fast. Lupe, I'm sorry people are disrespectful, you are amazing!!!!

Went to the drive thru as I ordered my food through the app but when I got there they asked if my McNuggets could be cooked fresh meaning cooked now as I didn’t want cold ones. Well I waited for about 10 mins before getting to the window and was asking the person are those the ones I requested to be cooked fresh. Well after the person said these were cooked for me fresh I checked as soon as I drove off and parked. They were not cooked fresh as the texture was rubbery and the temp was not hot not warm but almost cold so like warm really. I then went back to the window and had to wait for a customer to get out of the way but when I went back to the person and said hey these wee not cooked fresh and she grabbed the bag went to the back and came back with the same bag I presume. You will not guess what she said. She told me that she asked the person and they said they cooked them 5 mins ago. Are you kidding me it’s been 15 mins now. I did not get the McNuggets as she kept them. Why would I even bother any to eat the items after she took them went to the back and brought whatever was in the bag. Seriously I pay for an item that should be expected to be cooked and you can’t even do that. I asked for my money back and she said I have to go to the app. Well I did and it told me to call restaurant and I called no answer so I told you all here. Do not expect to get your food and expect it to be fresh when you ask because you will not get it and it comes with a big negative attitude.
