A nice place to shop. Very clean and friendly..had a nice variety of pre-made dinners and they had a red velvet cake for my granddaughter!!

I can’t say enough good things about the customer service at Metcalfe’s West. While the store itself is a great place to shop, the employees make it even better. “Meg” helped me with a significant coupon situation and simply didn’t give up. She even called and left me a message to be sure I was able to use it. Thanks Meg!

I had several ordinary items on my list that were not available in the store; dill, dozen eggs non-organic, strawberry ice cream and lemonade concentrate. These are very common groceries I expected any grocery store to have in stock. It seems that every time I shop at Metcalf's I have to stop at another grocery store to complete my shopping list. I am going there less often all the time even though they are in a convenient location.

I had such a great experience today that I had to leave a review. I asked a worker if they had any pre-chopped onions left, and when he said they didn’t, he followed it up with, “If you pick out an onion, we’ll chop it fresh for you.” That honestly made my day. I’ve never had a grocery store go that above and beyond for something so simple, and it meant more than he probably realized. The kindness and willingness to help really stood out, and it’s exactly the kind of customer service that keeps me coming back. Huge shoutout to the staff for making an ordinary grocery run feel special.

It's a great place to pick up a few items. Certainly not the lowest price, in fact sometimes double of woodmans, yet they do offer fresh food and items you can't find at other grocery stores. Best meat around. Very nice beer and liquor selection. Friendly and helpful.
