Tacos were great! Love the homemade corn tortillas! This was by far some of the best Mexican food I've had in Madison.

Love the tacos but if you’re black, don’t expect to get any respect or even be welcome in this place. I asked for no cilantro multiple time because it makes me throw up. My tacos came out with only cilantro. I tried to talk to the owner or cashier at the front. She completely ignored me and went to doing something completely different. Good food, but terrible experience if you’re black.

I grew up in Arizona, in a city that's nearly 70% Hispanic. So I'm used to really good, authentic Mexican food. But since we moved to Madison last summer, it's been so hard to find really good Mexican food. This place really gets it right. Everything here is great, but the birria is especially amazing - it's equal to anything I had during my several years living in Mexico. I'm so glad this place is here.

Authentic Mexican grocery store that offers a wide selection of spices, canned goods, produce, meats, sauces, and other products you won't find in your typical grocery store. They have a fresh meat deli section as well as a hot food area with in-store seating. Their prices are very reasonable and their staff offers great customer service. There is plenty of free lot parking.

Absolutely fantastic! Homemade tortillas that you watch being made while you eat. It's like eating bread at a bakery straight out of the oven. The chicken in the tacos was marinated and was savory and flavorful. A variety of freshly made salsas from mild to fire. Highly recommended. I have been away too long. This remains among the best in Madison Returned on 9/1/2022 to find that they are still slinging tasty tacos paired with yummy salsa. I need to go here more often and so do you The enchiladas en mole sauce are fire. Very chocolaty and just the right amount of spice
