This location has had poor service for years but I guess I'm just now fed up enough to post about it. The last couple times I've gone there for breakfast they have messed up my order. I pay extra for a substitution that no other location has a problem forgetting, but apparently at this location they forget to make the substitution that I paid for. Both times I didn't realize it until I was at work. I tried to call to let the manager know but each time the call just rings and rings. Avoid this location if you can

It's a typical McDonald's with the interactive menu boards taking the place of a counter person. You don't have to use one as they did have one person taking orders too. Good food, consistent with what you'd expect.

This is the worst mcdonalds. The girl managers are weak minded and can only take your money and push a few buttons. They completely lack customer service. Horrible service. That must be why they can only work in fast food, and its not fast anymore. You wait and wait and wait then they just ignore you.

This McDonalds is a joke Restrooms locked up with a keypad to get in mostly always and only is open to the public whenever the workers feel like it. At the time of visiting on 4/6/26 they were unlocked but the restrooms were not that clean anyways. The interior/lobby could be cleaner The food is ok in quality,taste and temperature. The employees could be more helpful and actually take care of the customers.They just ignore you even though you’re trying to call them over to get assistance.orders are also just left there for a long time and won’t bring them over until whenever they feel like doing so. Won’t be back.

The food they gave me had been sitting & was cold. When I asked for fresh fries the girl gave me a glare for about 10sec. When I got the fries 1 min later that where fresh the poured lots of salt. The attitude was crazy. Upon going to the drive threw to order with the mobile app we sat and waited saying hello at least 7 times. The word part is I tried to call the store 10 times with 3 hrs no response!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want a refund definitely t one of the worst locations long wait times employees with extreme attitudes. They seem to think fast food is supposed to take 20 minutes to get three things and then I thought it was cold. Oh and the half a slice of cheese if you look closely at that she’s clearly been sitting that she’s starting to colors, dark orange on the corners and in the middle. It was hard not to mention the fish sandwich tasted funny, and it was definitely not fresh everything they gave me was old and had the audacity to get mad
