I recently gave Jimmy John’s a try for the first time and the sandwich that I ordered was very good. I visited this location on 4/26/26 to try the Little John #4 the sandwich was prepared very well + I enjoyed the fresh bread and fresh veggies.I also gave the brownie a try which was also good.Employees were friendly. This location is kind of small from the interior since it’s between other businesses there is some tables available but it’s best just to take it for carryout. This location is conveniently located along State St. Will definitely have to try other variety of other sandwiches available here. Overall a good experience.

I always love picking up orders from here. It's almost always ready and if it's not it's usually ready within 2 minutes. Friendly staff and always seems really clean.

0/5. the assistant manager, who i am pretty sure gave me a fake name, told me this store doesn’t do deliveries for cash. i literally order from this store every weekend and pay cash for delivery. when i advised the person of this, i was told that it never happened. so they called me a liar essentially then claimed that there are no delivery bikers at the store. assistant manager should not be a manager at all. the person escalated the situation, offered no real solution, i never got the food, and was disrespected for no reason. don’t eat here.

A group of co-workers ordered 3 different sandwiches from the State St address. A #11 Country Club, a double tuna sandwich and the Italian Night Club sandwich. The Country Club had no cheese on it and was not cut in half on the regular size. The Double Tuna came as 2 separate sandwiches instead of 1 large one with double the helping of Tuna. The Italian Night Club came as a ham and cheese version without the additional meat it should have had. It too was not cut in half. Also the quartered pickle came in 5 pieces and was cut weirdly. When the call was placed back at the restaurant and request was given to have the order fixed, the manager Leah, was rude and stated the order "would be fixed and sent out when she had time" and her customer service was horrible. We will no longer be ordering from this location.

This is how my food was delivered . No drink either . When I called to place a complaint it’s like they already knew that it was delivered in such rough shape and the drink was missing .First thing the person said was oh are you calling because of no drink ! I was like yes and the fact that my food looks like it was mauled by a raccoon . Come to find out the person on the other end made the delivery ! And just didn’t care . Said oh I thought your soda condensation did that ! Like What and I don’t even get the soda . Who on earth would feel comfortable eating something presented like this ! And then being told it was from a missing soda ?
