They fired my three favorite employees -- Lee, Bonnie, and Marcus. I'm so sad! Personally, I cannot attend this location any longer. Those three always made my day -- Lee's funny quips about the furry community, Marcus' off-color comments, and Bonnie's presence (or lack thereof, based on what she was fired for) really made this store special. Good luck. I'll be heading to Jimmy Johns.

What happened to talking to humans instead of kiosks I could’ve spent 30 seconds talking to a person saying # 7 with hot peppers versus 2 to 3 minutes Trying to figure out how to order on a kiosk and I selected hot peppers and it ended up not having them. Food tasted good.

Unacceptable experience. Unprofessional staff and management. Staffed rolled their eyes when they heard about the GF order. We were charged $45 for sandwiches. We never did get them and asked for a refund which we still have not received 24 hours after. Glutton Free sandwiches are on the menu. We ordered and went in 45 minutes later to pick up. We were told to wait 45 more minutes and when we went in, they said 30 more minutes. So over two hours for a GF sandwich. They said they could not make ours until all other sandwiches were made due to protocol.had to clean surface before making GF sandwiches. I respect protocol, but seriously-over two hours?? Get GF off of the menu if you truly can’t support it. Also train your staff in EQ and customer service. Will never go here again and will be sure to let everyone know about the unexceptionable experience. If I had the option to give you a negative score, I would.

I recently gave Jersey Mike subs a try and good gracious I really enjoyed it. I ordered the club sub from this location on 4/26/26. The employee working on this day was very friendly. I was confused a bit with the kiosk at the end having to do with the receipt but other than that the process using the kiosk went good. I really enjoyed the fresh bread and fresh veggies. I also tried the brownie that was also good. Will definitely consider buying Jersey Mike subs more often but maybe not from this location since it’s very small and is sometimes crowded since it’s located near a popular location (State St). Overall a great experience.

I’ve never felt so unseen, it took them 45 minutes to START making my sandwich, waiting for 45 minutes is one thing but after 45 minutes you begin to make my sandwich, that’s incredibly disrespectful. The lobby was body on top of body, I felt buried alive. A sandwich shop has never left me so violated… the sandwich itself did taste good though.
