I would love for the gentleman who delivered our food to the hospital could get some recognition. I wish I had asked his name. He was so kind! Our family of 7 is currently sharing our love with my father-in-law as he may be at the end of life. We’re from Indiana and this has been a tough time. I had ordered 3-20 oz. Dt. Cokes and one of those were for one of our diabetic daughters; he told me they were sold out. He went out of his way to go to the gas station to buy a 2-liter out of his own pocket. I would really like for someone to contact me so he can be recognized.

On delivery they threw my pizza on the floor outside my apartment with notification that they have arrived. Will be sending to corporate as well for the terrible service.

The pizza was good. I’m sure management values both customer experience and staff well-being, so I hope more attention can be given to staffing allocation and the pickup environment. The location was crowded, noisy, and not very comfortable while waiting. With better organization, this place could match the quality of its food.

Besides the fact my order came mushed up, which I don’t really care about, my 2 topping pizza is missing the toppings. How does that happen ? Would never get from this location again and should have read the reviews first (Seriously, almost at 2 stars on a chain restaurant). I easily got my refund in the app so there’s no hard feelings! Just a disappointed stomach

Thought my BBQ pizza was going to have a crazy cheese pull but instead got a crazy DOUGH pull😭😭and their store doesn’t take calls so basically just out $20
