⭐☆☆☆☆ This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. My order was made incorrectly, and when I called the store to have the issue corrected, I expected a simple apology and a solution. Instead, I was met with arguments, a rude attitude, and complete disrespect. The person who identified themselves as the general manager argued with me instead of taking responsibility for the mistake. When I asked for their name, they refused to provide it, which is incredibly unprofessional. A manager should set the standard for customer service, not make customers feel like they’re being attacked for reporting an issue. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable—I simply wanted the order I paid for. Mistakes happen, but refusing to own them and treating customers with disrespect is unacceptable. I hope Domino’s corporate looks into how this location is being managed because no customer should have to deal with this level of poor service. I will be taking my business elsewhere unless significant changes are made.⭐☆☆☆☆

I received an INCREDIBLE pizza from this store last night—the toppings were perfect, the bake was perfect (golden & crispy), and the flavor was impeccable! This store seems to have been victim to a review-bombing campaign, most of these negative reviews seem dishonest / inaccurate & don’t speak to the experience I’ve had with them.

It has bubbles all over it. They didn’t want to remake my order after opening the box. They only wanted to remake the buffalo chicken because I requested that they remake the entire order. The employee said he is unable to remake the pizza and only remade the buffalo chicken. The pizza is disgusting and I asked the employee to remake it and he said there’s nothing wrong with the pizza and it’s perfectly fine. You guys can take a look at this photo and you tell me would you eat something like this. The employees also don’t wear gloves when they’re making pizza or anybody’s food that I observed and saw I suggest you guys fully review and analyze and observed this place if you order. I’ll never in my life order from here again.

Wanted to give this location a try despite all the bad reviews they have. I got a large pizza, it was cooked well done & had no garlic seasoning like I asked. There was a good amount pineapple, but barely any pepperoni. Judging by other people’s reviews this location is very skimpy with their meat toppings. Someone please teach these employees how to put toppings on a pizza. Will most likely not order from this location again.

Easy to place the order. Arrived quick. Found multiple hairs embedded in the pizza. I was told id be given a full refund
