Excellent!! Thank you! Just over $50 for two 15 inch subs an order of cheese curds and a bowl of broccoli soup. We used the drive through...waited about ten minutes.

I have order probably about 7 times now from this location, take out and delivery. They have got my order wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. I kept hoping that it would get better, but alas. I've tried to reach out to correct the issue and have never heard a peep. I try to never leave negative reviews but this place is ridiculous.

I gave cousins subs a try recently but didn’t find the feel about the food. The cookie,fries and cheese curds were alright in taste,quality and temperature The sandwich I ordered which was the club sub was also alright but was better than the sides I ordered. The prices of food here are somewhat reasonable. The only reason I give this place an extra star is for the friendly employees working here+cleanliness.They greet people coming in and when leaving. The interior/inside is well maintained/clean. Conveniently located along regent street and park street. I will just stick to other sandwich shops.

The customer service there was terrible, did not feel welcome; Whatsoever felt more like a nuisance in there, sandwich was cold, drink station was not clean, there was syrup everywhere, trash was in the lobby, not thrown out, cashier lady, yelling at the DoorDash driver with a demanding tone, to put down his volume on his phone. He wasn't bothering anyone.

Food is solid. They will not accept any payment for calling in. Above average wait times (40-50)min wait time (1 sub no sides). Staff is fine, they seem limited in what they are allowed to do which makes it difficult to “want” to order.
