Overall, an amazing experience! First of all, Syl's vibe was absolutely wonderful. Syl was incredibly patient, friendly, and helpful with their recommendations, which made the visit even better. I ordered the coconut cold brew and loved it—it was delicious and refreshing. When it came to breakfast, I told Syl to surprise me, and I couldn't have been happier with the choice. The bacon, egg, and goat cheese breakfast sandwich was fantastic and exactly what I didn't know I was craving. The overall atmosphere of the place is great—very chill, clean, and welcoming. It's the kind of spot where you can relax and enjoy your food and coffee without feeling rushed. I'm from out of town, but I'll definitely be making a point to come back on my next visit. Highly recommend!

Lovely stop in Maddison on the way northward. Colectivo’s vibe is breezy and summery even in mid-spring with their wide open windows. Really enjoyed the Honey Cardamon Latte, though the flavor was more subtle than expected. Delicious espresso profile. Only downside is the small parking lot- I had to find a place on the curb a few blocks away, but I didn’t mind the charming walk down Willy St. :)

Nice new addition to this area of town. It’s a decent sized coffee shop with several seating areas. Nice menu with both ready made foods and simple options to order. Coffee and matcha options are fairly decent. They also have a decent tea selection. Pleasant and clean. They have outdoor seating areas, which will be fantastic for the warmer months. Parking in this area is not easy, you might find street parking. They do have roasted beans and other merch to purchase. Take a break - make it a fika time - enjoy the coffee and connecting with friends!

Food and service were spectacular. Only wish the place was a little bigger, but nay e that's part of the charm. Other parrots were very nice. One even assisted me by carrying one of my three trays to our table. Felt very at home there.

Excited about the latest Colectivo to open it's latest outpost on Willy St today! They're giving away free latte tokens for January (while supplies last?) so it's a no brainer to check it out. I had an Everything Bagel Babka which was savory and delicious with my latte that I had to stay. I enjoy drinking out of their ceramic mugs especially during the winter and it did not disappoint today. Plenty of seating in lots of books and crannies. Pretty full of folks on laptops, journaling and in conversation. A great addition to the neighborhood.
